There are nuances in how people perceive certain things or actions from one gender or the other that you don't get unless you're either of that gender or you've spent a significant amount of time with members of that gender. Enna just doesn't give much of a fuck if she attracts males or females so she can be herself on stream and complain and rant about shit for hours and is very relatable for a lot of women, she also shares their interests and hobbies so it's even easier to connect, unlike someone like Rosemi for example. So yeah, they don't get what a brotuber is and we normally wouldn't get what a "sistuber" is if it wasn't because a lot of them are telling us that Enna feels like one of them, but, compare her to someone like the vshoujo girls that are clearly catering to their male fanbases and they do talk about a lot of the same things and complain about some of the same stuff Enna does, but no one calls them "sistubers", there's a lot of nuance in presentation
