The job of the CEO is different from what people think tho, his position serves for two (and only two reasons)

1) rub elbows with the other CEOs to develop strategic partnerships with other companies

Here is a story long attributed to Stalin and Krushnev, but later morphed into company CEOs.
I'll retell it using Iwanaga and Riku for effect to illustrate what is the job of the CEO

The "Riku yacht meme" caught like wildfire while his attempt to become a meme failed and for a simple reason: his attempt didn't have any "hook" while "Riku's yacht" (and variations like "2%", "using livers Youtube gold button to gold plate his yacht") is easily repeatable even by people that has no context other than these sentences.
"Memeing" is hard work, not even kidding, most people don't get what it takes for an idea to spread outside the six dozen people that originally sees it.
