I think IRyS's new manager has been working behind the scenes to push IRyS way more. That's how she ended up as the one of the trio center faces in the medley, on top of the other spots she's been getting with the JPs recently. I don't know if she's the right choice as a secondary face of sorts for holoEN. It's pretty easy to notice that anons don't defend girls that are homo collabers, even when whatever is being used to attack them is completely wrong.
Back in the day before Tempus, all of Hololive had at least some courtesy defense from outside attackers, even by anons that didn't watch them. But that's no longer the case.
All the Tempus shilling and hate has caused anons to reach a level that homo-collabers are also treated as the "enemy" and no longer extended that courtesy defense.

Anons can shit on them for their actual numbers and reclining trends or whatever, but it's best not to turn the thread that's supposed to be about objective NUMBERS into a simple den of lies similar to the boards that the sisters inhabit.

I don't even watch Bae, but lying about the reason for the tab-out while absolutely NO ONE bothered to correct it left a real sour taste.

When it was fan run, if any of the livers didn't have enough for a cab or something, someone else would cover for them.
Now niji isn't even booking hotels for corporate programs, telling livers to just come to Tokyo on the day of the recording and get the fuck out afterwards. Corporate doesn't pay for cab fees or anything either.

I don't remember ANYONE in Holo fucking joking about Sana or Coco's graduation.
With Coco she would've even been fine with it, but they still didn't.
It's always fond remembrance and a hope they're doing well outside of Hololive, because that particular VTuber and that style of content is pretty much DEAD and that means a large number of fans would be sad and have a permanent absence in their hearts because of it.

I think it's just that Yagoo failed in his ambition.
His original goal in hiring holostars was to show the world that virtual male idols could succeed just as much as the female ones.

JP mostly sticks to this program, but the EN side just seems to have completely thrown the entire concept of "idols" out the window.
They and their fans do not care one whit about "idol culture" or 推し活 in general.
They treat themselves as streamers, hence dumb and dumber getting Live2D reworks and Tempus 3D not even being in the pipeline as of now.

NONE of them want to sing or dance on stage, they just want to stream themselves playing games to a few people from home, get some cash, and dip when the going gets tough.
And so their fans reflect that behavior.

Before Hololive, streaming was dominated by twitch. On twitch, anyone who gets popular inevitably collabs with all the same people. Everything just becomes the same thing, which is boring. Western fans like Hololive for their isolation and the girls only experience. Also they like cross culture stuff with JP. Westerns didn't really care about the idol part at first, but they like singing and dancing and seiso girls. They grew an appreciation for what Hololive is. Singing, dancing, being seiso, and caring about your fans is pretty much what the word idol has come to mean for western vtuber fans.
