Also consider the shitstorm fallout that would happen if Henya were to leave Vshojo and we learned she couldn't keep IP. It would completely nuke Vshojo's public image and basically destroy it's main selling point over other corpos. Owning Henya's IP isn't worth literally obliterating their brand in the event that she leaves.
