Japanese history is basically a timeloop of many gods arising to power only to ultimately fall without fulfilling its promised heaven on earth and as such killing a false god is seen as the final state of societal cycle to free itself.
With that context, who do you think is the false god of vtubing? The god who corrupted the natural order of things by inserting itself onto the ruling class, promising a new heaven only to weaken what was great and allow a foreign evil to take root?
