What's insane is Shiori always maintained that indie behavior where you address chat directly, saying their names and she'd know quite a lot about her long-time fans, such as their hobbies, jobs and what they're up to. These people are the ones she's kicking out and obviously recognizes their usernames as she's banning them. I don't know how she could be so cold towards them.
