Haku and Haku Yu both make Niji cards, yeah. For NjiEN cards I have not made by Chris, Haku's made a Maria and Haku yu's done Scarle and Selen. Hat and another person made Petra. They tend to do the JP members more though, so I don't expect them to make EN any time soon.
