TGRIALS kind of faded away, Red is good but now overshadowed by other powerful songs, guh actually grew on me a lot, Bully still sits high on a list of her songs.
She brought up that interesting point of different ideas/styles vs consistent theme/story and those early releases fell more into a space between both because she was still defining herself and her music. Lyrically and vocally there are some rough spots which are hard to overlook. Important to remember they are earlier and she has grown, so some of the deliveries sound comparatively amateurish but also her mindset was more fluid. With not being sure what this journey had in store.
UnAlive had a lot of experimenting but by Shinigami Note it feels like Mori mostly knew the expectations of her job, of herself, and what she wanted her music to be. Things post that point won't age as much as the Dead Beats EP or Your Mori. She is an artist of variety and still delivers surprises so I am very excited for Pantomime.
