It reminds me of an old Tom Waits quote about why he was always changing his sound up: "Because your fingers get to be like old dogs." That's the vibe I get from Mori. She might hate RIP but it was flashy and different and not what people expected. It grabbed me by the head and shouted "THIS IS SOMEONE TO PAY ATTENTION TO" and three years later I've only enjoyed watching her change and grow.
