Despite several smaller corps and NijiEN basically imploding, Holo is still their crown jewel.
They got blueballed with Aqua and Ame leaving within the same timeframe but both of their reasonings seemingly being just being bored and not wanting to be in Holo anymore as opposed to any scandal, so they've been hoping and praying for a bigger development, which has them grasping at straws (Kiara's memgen) and making mountains out of mole (see the japanese FTC citing Cover)
