>>73162374I appreciate the ojisan grumbling. It's weird, we still had dial-up when I was a kid and a landline well into middle school but my childhood was quite different. My parents never let me play outside without someone watching me and were always paranoid about rapists and murderers, plus no unsupervised computer time because of pedophiles. When 9/11 happened I only know that I went home from school since I was told that, I don't think I really cared or understood anything about it until middle school.
But I guess that's the difference of being a preteen/however old you were when it happened vs. being a kid when it happened.
>They lack the breadth of experience of living in the real world, where people don't have the time or energy to deal with moral grandstandingI just feel like more and more, normalfags actually do care about petty grandstanding over random issues, which is annoying and I wish I knew how to stop it. There really was a time where you could exist and not have to make your political stance known at every second, now I get nervous when certain topics get brought up on stream because I never know what retard will be set off. I know anons just talked about English/western culture staining everything but I sorely wish at least for streams where I escape to, I don't have to see any of that, and that fans took a JP stance to behaving in chat/on social media but oh well.
