Imagine Randon at his more unhinged moments, but now make them a Not-Hrothgar and obsessed with pushing Twitch TOS in terms of the horniest and gayest topics (though he's lost the arms race to way more horny designs). About as popular as Randon was 2/3rds of the way through the original run.
