I love you to members and sharing those intimate moments, those are just her lips following her heart and expressing how much she appreciates and loves her chumbies for being there for her. It's probably not explicitly romantic, even if it is a parasocial feeling from both parties.
Even if Gura is truly in love with her members, she knows she can't be with them, the greatest reason being that there are so many. Her numbers are sky high, and I think she silently resents that fact because it stops her from sharing intimate things more frequently. It's anything but simple. Love is complicated. My theory is that this is why she sings unrequited love songs so often, too. In Another Life comes to mind.
