I'd recommend against it.. Honestly I used to do ServiceNow dev for a bit myself and I'd never go back to it. And a mate of mine did Salesforce and hated every moment.
If you mean something like Blue Prism/AA/UI Path/automation programs then it would help you to get a job but you'll most likely be working very long hours and not earning anywhere near enough for it too.
You'll also be reliant on whatever tech stack you're using not only not getting automated in the future but also still being widely used in 20+ years since you're still gonna be working then and if you're a specialist finding a job with something else for decent advanced wages will be tough.
Honestly learning finance or getting an MBA would give you a better wlb for the salary and you'd make more longterm even if you might be earning a bit less at the start.
Though if you ask me what you should really do for a career is
become my wife instead. You'd get a hell of a lot more out of it than some shitty programming job.
