If you aren't gonna go to the gym, then calisthenics is what you're doing. Push-ups (multiple variations, incline and decline, as well as regular), pull-ups (invest in a pull-up bar for your door if you have nothing else, also do multiple variations like chin-ups and neutral grip), bodyweight squats, ab exercises, stuff like that. At minimum, you wanna eat 100 grams of good animal protein a day, counting all the other shit in the beginning is confusing for people just starting out, just don't eat like a slob. I'd try and run or jog at least twice a week as well.
