>>52299727i wouldn't know too much about that myself, unfortunately. hope someone get's back to you on it, though. if i understand how torrents work correctly, a seeder is someone who holds a portion of the data that makes up whatever is being torrented, and when you download it, seeders will combine each part to make a whole, captain planet style, that can be downloaded normally. as long as there are enough seeders, it's impossible to target all of them to take the content off, but i suppose your situation was that there weren't enough seeders in general. what prevents a single person from seeding all parts of a file on separate portions of their computer?
