If so, see the right column of this chart for an estimate of how many pounds of muscle she would expect to gain each year if training effectively. Add that progression to what her weight was before she started training. If she's just doing cardio, then this doesn't apply, since cardio does nearly nothing for muscle growth.
It's worth noting that most women who work out focus heavily on cardio, and this is terrible, since women who lift look fucking good. Lots of women are actually scared that if they lift they'll get huge, because they've seen women who use every kind of steroid/PED and look like The Hulk. Note that men with poor genetics and women in general are represented by the same column in that chart. It's absolutely impossible for natural women to get huge unless you are literally a 1-in-a-billion freak of nature. In which case, hmu.
