They got instant success on those first months (small company, they never expected the BOOM) and from there they got problems trying to keep the big audience they got
And from what I read on the general, they are suffering the total opposite of some AAA corpos (apathy towards their fan base, like Blizzard or EA), the devs are interacting a lot with the community... like A LOT and we know extremes are bad, they take every feedback from the players and try to add it to the game but that lead to questionable decisions
I like Snowbreak and it makes me sad that they are declining... I guess the gacha world doesn't allow you to exist if you are not Genshin, Honkai, Fate and Nikke
