>>73716972That's why I start with calories via liquid, then something easy like a soup, then to very slowly, as in 3 hrs, having cup noodles in soup or a stew and so on and it gets better as I ramp things up. It's a process. I'm not eating disordered
anymore though, I just get hyper focused on things and then don't eat until I'm done because I forget. You'll make it!
