God I'm loving this Frontier nostalgia so fucking much.

Frontier isn't bad either, though it's too complicated for its own good in its second half. If you want the cliffs notes you can just watch Do You Remember the Love (absolutely gorgeous animation, but I think the story is worse than the series) or the Frontier movies (first movie is excellent, but second movie recreates the mess of the series second half).
