I finished writing up a section about streamlink in my archival guide thats linked in the OP, to give you a basic rundown if you want to download an currently on going stream without having to set up too many things like python/ffmpeg etc that you need for streamlink recording this has an UI that is easy to use and you can record sub only vods if you login with the programm, Detailed guide section about it is here:

https://twitchlink.github.io/I also finished up writing a short section about using microsoft 365 family for its 6TB cloud storage for around 100$ per year (at MSRP, you can get it pretty often at 50% off on sale for half of that), this is also usefull outside of vod sharing if you want cheap cloud storage, but im mainly using this to share the first 6 TB of my nyanners archive (currently at 5,4 TB):
