The only one I can see working out there is IRyS and she's pretty GFE focused so you can assume her viewers are generally less likely to jump ship and start heavily supporting other girls.
Purely looking at growth potential HoloEN doesn't offer much for them. There's no easy "do amazing collabs with this girl and a whole bunch of her viewers will start watching you too" option there.
They do need to look outside of HoloEN if they want growth. HoloJP is a good option and they've already laid some solid groundwork in prep for that, but it also comes with its own difficulties since they do need to push out regular JP content to retain those audiences.
