Catholic is technically the OG, though the other denominations get fussy about this because they view the modern Catholic church as having strayed, and their own denomination as holding to the original church traditions. Orthodoxy split off from Catholicism during the East-West schism of 1054 primarily over the role and authority of the pope. Protestantism comes in later with the Reformation led by Martin Luther as a response to corruption within the Catholic Church. Protestantism splits off into a billion different denominations, like Baptist, Lutheran, and Methodist, but we mostly just use "Protestant" as the umbrella term.
