Not just that but effective training of new hires is up to the company, if your employer or boss didn't allocate enough time and people to guide you through then that is pretty much partly their fault as well.
If what you're failing at is speed you have to keep calm and understand that comes with time, that comes with knowing how to do your job and optimizing it as you see fit, it's a skill that develops and shouldn't be dragging you down mentally.
As long as you give your best by sleeping properly, eating properly and trying to learn every day, you do what's in your power to improve and be in top notch condition to do better, you'll get the hang of it in due time.
