Talk to your school counselor and read up on your school policies. Some schools also offer free or walk-in therapy sessions, which might be worth checking out. You're not the first person who's failed, and there's plenty of resources out there for people like you to figure themselves out and get back on track. You've just got to take the initiative and start looking for them - but honestly, getting out of the hole is all about inertia. When you're not doing anything, it's really easy to keep doing nothing. Once you start doing things, it's a lot easier to keep going.
