>>59642627I've learned from my oshi and vtubers in general to encourage my fans to give feedback and constructive criticism. I will make it abundantly clear that criticism is not hate and to always tell me if I do something wrong or if there's something I can improve on. I'll also set boundaries early on, but I'm taking the Fuuchan route and stating from the get-go that I am a fictional character. Putting too much of yourself into your vtuber persona almost never ends well, so I will separate myself from my character so there's no trouble later down the line.
It also helps that I'm a specific type of asexual so it's easier to separate myself from my character.
