Install 4chan x
Open settings (the wrench)
Open main, search for "Recursive hiding" and untick it.
Click onto Filter, then go to 'comment' drop down.
Note: This filter any vt thread, so this assumes you don't want to read anything about mori, or holostars and want to filter out dramafags & trolls. Delete lines for words you don't want filtered.
