Among the many things Snuffy said, one was that Arc was basically the only person they talked to in regards to the game and the world, and she said that's already changed with Brett in that they've talked to artists and other lore people in the like single day since agreeing to the campaign. 100% of things being filtered through Arc was probably how he was able to control so much shit and breaking that up and allowing you access to more people to talk to is already fucking excellent at making sure things go smoothly.
