>>48177932He just might be a tech savvy nerd. It's pretty easy getting into programming these days when you can just put existing shit together with barely any knowledge and pretty much every problem you might encounter can be solved in 5 minutes of google.
Back when I was ~15 I managed to work out War3 Map editor's trigger system which is pretty much an interfaced programming language and make some cool shit, and I only had a bunch of other maps to learn from. Programming is really not as hard as people think.
