Tempus is a group of guys streaming with anime avatars, but ironically Flay's problem is that he's TOO anime. Both in terms of his voice and his mannerisms. It makes him stick out like a sore thumb in collabs which usually leads to awkwardness.
I can appreciate that he's a good guy trying to give voice acting and life advice, but he needs to dial back his intensity a bit (which will be hard because he says that's just how he is).
