Considering that if a big company even even BOTHERS watching your video, I do think the introduction should be handled in a somewhat interesting way. The start should definitely have sort of entertaining thing on screen, whether that's a recorded clip that showcases your personality or some sort of talent. Maybe have that naturally transition into a quick introduction before moving onto more entertaining aspects of yourself to make yourself come across as appealing.
Show yourself off, but maybe don't kill their ears like

I have no idea what these companies want, I'm just fucking guessing as to what kind of editing would make an audition video more appealing. Be yourself but don't be boring.
