It has to be real not only because the timeframe is extremely tight but because if it was fake we would have known by now because the author would had a slip easy, really? A perfect consistency fake with no flaws whatsoever first try in half an hour? And of course we have to take into account the reactions from the organs.
Everything is pointing at it being real.
