I've had co-workers like her before, who serve a social function in addition to the normal work they're doing, and they're honestly invaluable in any company. They're the ones who organize events, push people to get to know each other, etc. It's sometimes a thankless task, but everyone benefits.
I dunno, I just listened to Gura talk about how Kiara helped her with her interactions with Okayu and it's just so heart-warming. I wish the best for Kiara and I hope she knows how much respect she earns from her continuous efforts. I know there's a lot of shitposting about her here on /vt/, but people who actually care about Hololive knows that Kiara is part of the glue holding everything together.
