Alright if you want to ruin your life follow my advises
1) Start exercising, the constant post workout pain will torture you everyday, if you feel like the pain has lessened improve your loadout to get the optimal pain level, make sure to focus on abs since the pain in there will make you want to throw up
2) Get a job to always feel stressed out and annoyed,make sure to accept any promotions since you will have even more stress and dumb people, money is an unfortunate side effect
3) Talk to people and form relationship, every person you met might be a serial killer or a torture psychopath, by talking to new people you are increasing your chances of meeting them
4) Start dating, a broken heart is sometimes more painful than physical pain from working out
