We have 8 ENs already who appeal to NA EST time (9 with Irys sometimes), and we still end up with very dead EST primetimes, or even days where NO ONE besides Kiara
and maybe someone else streams.
We're just lucky Kiara streams damn near everyday at this time, but if 8-9 can't keep EST primetime alive I doubt 2 could save EU primetime.
