Honestly, I feel like that's enough punishment, he gets to live nice but he can NEVER head a business again, so his punishment is having a "cap", he can't grow as a businessman anymore, he has to live with what has he has and if he fucks up and loses it, he's done, no growth opportunities, permanent business anxiety that has the added bonus of his investments going down due to the population crisis.
