Hm, well in my lore I stated that /rose/ used to actually be a lovely place. So perhaps the matter is that LazuLight used to live there, but due to the disasters it drove them out of the land and left the Rosebutas behind. The Rosebutas may have hidden from LazuLight up until this point, so they wouldn't have known they existed.
