Then you can start there and branch out to the other members and see who you personally like.
Since you did mention tokusatsu and Macross though, maybe you'd like Oga. He's a fan of model kits and recently he voiced a character in a tokusatsu show called Dogengers: Metropolis (Hatena). He's a JP member, but there are plenty of English clips.
