>>69854049Not surprised laser was the go to, it's got the shortest recovery time out of all of the options for treating retinal tears and detachments. Did she mention her vision being purplish pink after? That's pretty common with the kind of laser we have at my clinic. She'll probably have some short follow up appointments one month, 3 months and maybe 6 months after this one to take a look at the back of the eye to be sure it's healing nicely and the retina is staying down.
I'm kinda jealous of the tech who got to spend time doing her eye exams and chatting with her. I've always dreamed of doing one of those for a Hololive member...
