We already know that the NijiEN members are encouraged/pushed to do things to increase their viewership, we know that their important events get cancelled, we're very aware that they don't get paid that much when their merchandise sells, and we know that there's a certain attitude and outlook you have to have to be in NijiEN in the first place (for the sake of fitting in).
I'm thinking that the people who want to leave NijiEN are members who have issues with those four specific things. Or it could be all bullshit, I dunno.
