The wacchoi and IP are both obtained through the CGN, which we know she has. This means possibly anyone in her complex or neighborhood (depending on how it's set up) could share a wacchoi.
"EC" has claimed to be a close fan of Sio's, living near her.
Finally, when Sio was away from home (Yostar meeting), "EC" was still active on that thread, and apparently unaware Sio left. The only way she could've done this would be by using her laptop as a remote control for her home terminal, but that's pointless for someone who, at the time, had no reason to fear an IP leak.
You can't reach the conclusion that Sio herself posted the disrespectful comments, rather than one of her fans (among those who made the idol-bu anti thread a Sio thread).
