Selen would've fed dramafags for weeks if not months with that stunt, and she would have even given Anycolor probable cause to sue her. By distancing herself from the whole situation (outside of using her fans as a shoulder to cry on and vent out her frustrations like Nina and Mysta did), she's showing that she's respectable about the whole situation by moving on and encouraging her fans not to flame them.
Plus, its obvious to most people by now that Millie and Enna were likely the problem anyways.
