Would be amazing to find an abandoned school and make it yours to how you see fit, put a gym in classroom 4 on the ground level and put the bedrooms in classes 5 6 and 7. Have some grilling equipment out in the playground or the front of the school for some great barbeque, even if its sort of faux in Japan since they cant really get fresh beef from other places without killing off their bovine natives. Have entertainment rooms, one more tech like where they get access to 70s - early 00s entertainment and when theyre older more modern tech. Obviously cant forget the music practice rooms where they each have their own rooms to become masters of their instrument. Have a greenhouse room and grow our own food for a little bit of self sustenance, and a whole lot more, I can dream, even if the majority would never come true with her, then someone thats close to like her. One can always get better.
