The problem is, there is just too much we don't know. There's not enough transparency. And when your main funnel for information is vague corporate statements and people playing a character telling you things that, may or may not be, damage control, it just ends up leaving a void of hurt and uncertainty. Following a company that was so obscured in the first place was the mistake. It's our fault for buying into it and, when the end of something comes, expecting anything less than the void of reason and blame we are currently experiencing.
