But I would take comfort in the fact she's almost certainly financially comfortable enough to not have to do something if she doesn't love it. If its taking on VA work, or helping with productions behind the scenes, or whatever else, she's doing those things because she loves it. It's not like she'd feel compelled to do it if the passion wasn't there.
