I only eat one meal a day, and work out about 20 to 30 minutes every other week day. I’ve lost 30 pounds in about 3 months, and started to gain muscle mass everywhere. I no longer have extreme stomach pains, feel happier, and feel more confident and unafraid. I genuinely think Pippa and these nutrition Redditors are overthinking things.
