It might be helpful to that end to maybe post excerpts or full examples of the dialogue if you want feedback on if things are in character or fit the fantasy setting you're going for. Medieval can also be so broad and tweaked to the preferences of the creator, it's hard to say without seeing more if it fits what you're going for or not.
