the hardest part is the dough but it's actually easy
you can do the lazy no knead way too.
just add yeast, flour and water to a bowl following your desired hydration level (I like 60%, use a scale)
add a pinch of salt and a dash olive oil (helps with browning) if you want
get the everything incorporated then leave it to ferment in the fridge for a 2+ days, flipping the dough once a day
