the intelligent ones that tax at least and pulling out has always been hostile as the first one to pull out gets the most money and everyone else gets shorted so no change from what I am reading. Maybe you mean something completely different but I can't really grasp it from that alone.
I think I understand what you mean by the flat multicoin limit but isn't that just resolved by starting with more shares? You could also do something like making it so CEOs can purchase up to 5000 shares a day of their own fund, but can still only sell 1000 a day?
