I'd say she's either just joking or incredibly stupid to give an advice like that.
Don't go looking for relationships with the goal of "finding someone like her", bros. You'll be putting the poor XX chromosomium individual with the wrong expectations and what's only left with you is disappointment. You will always be projecting everything of Shiori Novella towards her as a result. That's an incredibly toxic thing to say coming from her.
A possible healthy way to approach this is literally just focus on yourself. Use Shiori~n as a driving force towards investing in yourself. But even with that, never forget to put all the credits towards your own self, as you are the one who has started this journey towards self-improvement. Women might come towards you as a byproduct of these efforts. At this point, it's your choice to revel on this or just be satisfied with cute Shiori~n motivation.
